Returns
Items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must still be attached

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Return Process
To start a return, please email us at support@oakandollieco.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit via email. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Oak + Ollie reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our return policy requirements.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Oak + Ollie is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
However, if you need assistance, we’re always happy to help guide you through the process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Oak + Ollie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
